celebrate the best of life at my table
Tourism changed the way Portugal is seen, in particular the city of Lisbon.
For those who visit and wish to experience, in the comfort of a newly opened café, in the city center of Lisbon, a showcooking dinner filled with the best of portuguese flavors.
I'll introduce you to several and iconic Portuguese codfish dishes and you'll leave with the necessary skills to prepare them at home.
I'll only work with the best and freshest ingredients, creating classic dishes from zero while you enjoy some different wines from Portuguese producers, regional chorizos, cheese, bread and other specialities.
We'll make three dishes of your choice - for example: Pasteis de bacalhau, Pataniscas de bacalhau, Bacalhau à Braz, Bacalhau com natas, Bacalhau com broa or others season dishes - all served with fresh salad and rice.
I'll share my knowledge about our real and ancestral regional cuisine.

The place
The experience will take place at my home, in the center of Lisbon, where we will share my kitchen and my table, while I'll teach you how to prepare some of the most iconic portuguese cod recipes.
My place is very well served by public transportation, five minutes from Areeiro or Alameda subway station.
